NG tube curled up in the neck, to be reinserted.
Temporary cardiac pacemaker wire, inserted via a femoral venous route, noted projected over the apex of the right ventricle.
ETT, right IJV catheter, and right sided defibrillator pad (for pacing) projected over the right upper chest.
Left basal pleural effusion.
