There is bilateral temporomandibular disc dislocation on closed mouth scan. On the left side the disc doesn't reduce on open mouth scan while on the right side the disc relocate on open mouth view.
Diagnosis: Bilateral temporomandibular disc dislocation, irreducible on the left side and reducible on the right side.
