MRI also depicts some marrow signal changes involving the right condyle of mandible.
Case Discussion
The cause of bilateral dislocation of the temporomandibular joint could not be identified. This patient came with a fixed open mouth and was intubated immediately after admission. He has been unconscious and in ICU care.
