Anterior TMJ disk displacement which remains displaced relative to condyle on mouth opening sequences (no recapture).
On the coronal view there is absence of normal appearing disk in the glenoid fossa.

This case shows the presence of temporomandibular joint disk displacement in an asymptomatic volunteer.
