Right-sided TMJ disc shows anterior dislocation with recapture on open mouth sequence.
Deformed and degenerated TMJ disc posterior horn with abnormal intrinsic signal intensity and anterior disc displacement.
Case Discussion
Anterior disc displacement is the commonest abnormality and includes anterior disc displacement in the closed mouth that reduces in the open mouth.
