Tendon sheath lipoma

Well-defined lobulated mass is seen insinuating between the flexor tendons that is composed of fat, complete fat suppression is seen on fat sat images consistent with a lipoma.
Case Discussion
True discrete tendon sheath lipomas are rare, usually the hand is the most common site.
Other than soft tissue lipoma, lipomas can manifest as true tendon sheath / joint lipoma (such as this case) or lipoma arborescens.
