Presentation
Increasing focal swelling of thumb with minimal pain.
Patient Data
Well defined lobulated abnormal signal ( low on T1 high on PD fs ) soft tissue lesion measuring about 10*15 mm is abutting the ventromedial aspect of the flexor tendon sheath of the thumb proximal phalanx causing to focal contour bulge.
No intra-osseous extension of the mass is seen.
Case Discussion

Local surgical excision was performed:
Histopathology: Giant cell-rich lesion is consistent with the giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath.
