Presentation
The palmar aspect of the left wrist has been showing noticeable swelling for 6 months. There is only slight pain.
Patient Data

Abnormal signal infiltrative enhancing mass lesion measuring about 20 x 25 mm lateral to the carpal tunnel and flexor tendons with cortical remodeling and extension to the radius styloid.
Another similar, smaller lesion measuring about 8 x 27 mm at the medial wrist with erosion at the triquetrum.

The larger mass had been biopsied, and histopathologic examinations were compatible with a giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath.
Case Discussion
Tenosynovial giant cell tumors are typically benign and originate from the synovium of joints, bursae, or tendon sheaths, exhibiting synovial differentiation.
