Gas under the diaphragm bilaterally side displacing both the liver and spleen medially towards the midline.
Case Discussion
The patient presented with abdominal distension post laparotomy after 10 days and an immediate abdominal AP erect radiograph was done that showed air under the diaphragm on both sides displacing the organs suggestive of tension pneumoperitoneum.
