Thickening and hyperdensity of the right tentorium cerebelli in keeping with subdural hematoma.

Tentorium cerebelli subdural hematomas can be difficult to spot on axial plane due to the obliquity of the tentorium compared to the scanning plane. Reviewing all planes is important.
