Teratoma of the lower cord (possible)

MRI Lumbar spine

Complex intra dural mass lesion of the lower cord and cauda equina , demonstrates mixed components with dominant fatty component and smaller simple cystic contents generally difficult to seperate from the caudal roots .

Initial differential diagnosis of dermoid cyst, lipoma, and teratoma.
