Shoulder pain after previous surgery. Note, this is an excercise in observation. Limited series available as a teaching point.

Patient Data

Age: 50
Gender: Male
Modality: MRI

Note on the SAG T1, the distinct abscence of teres minor muscle fibres.

The limited view of the quadrangular space (COR PD) documents the abscence of a compressive lesion in this area.

Possible cause: some sort of quadrangular space syndrome?
