Post-traumatic status with terrible triad of the elbow fracture-dislocation :
- posterior ulnar dislocation
- partially fractured radial head is seen displaced downwards
- fracture of the coronoid process with small bone fragments noted around and intra-articularly
Moderate joint effusion.
