Presentation
Infertility, married for 7 years with no children. No erection, no body hair, bilateral gynecomastia, and penis measuring 3 cm. Testosterone level: 0.89 nmol/L (decreased). The patient had a history of cleft palate repair since childhood

Bilateral testicular atrophy is noted with several microcalcifications.
The right testis measures 14 x 7 mm.
The left testis measures 15 x 10 mm.
No clear internal vascularity.
Case Discussion
The patient had a history of cleft palate repair since childhood, this congenital malformation may be seen in Kallmann syndrome which may be associated with cryptorchidism
