Left testicular painless swelling.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Heterogenous solid cystic mass lesion in left testis.


Multiple bilateral large ("cannonball") lung metastases.
Enhancing metastasis, possibly two, in the right cerebellar hemisphere.

Follow-up films post-therapy
