Left testis is relatively enlarged and irregular, displaying inhomogeneous echotecture with no vascularity detected on color Doppler. There is calcification of the tunica albuginea, highly suggestive of infarction.
The patient underwent orchiectomy and biopsy that confirmed the diagnosis of infarction.
