Diffuse enlargement with ill-defined hypoechoic signal noted in both testes. No hypoechoic intratesticular mass. The epididymis is also enlarged and hypoechoic bilaterally. On color, Doppler testis is markedly hypervascular.
Case Discussion
This case is turned out to be diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL). It is the most common testicular tumor in men over the age of 60 years. Extranodal involvement is common in DLBCL, however in this case no aortocaval or para-aortic lymphadenopathy identified.
