Presentation

Testicular pain.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male

Well-defined mass-like lesion expanding the left testicle. The lesion is hypoechoic and shows preserved testicular vascularity throughout. Small left hydrocele. The right testicle and the epididymis are normal.

Case Discussion

This patient had confirmed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL), which accounts for the majority (~80%) of testicular lymphoma cases.
