Minimal non-specific left hydrocele.
Bilateral testicular microlithiasis.
Case Discussion
Testicular microlithiasis is an incidental finding in asymptomatic patients and not related to the patient's complaint. They are thought to increase the risk of testicular cancer. However, unlike maldescended testis, routine self-examination or sonographic surveillance is enough for this almost benign incidental finding.
