Multiple speckled microcalcifications throughout both testes.
Case Discussion
May be associated with Kleinfelter's syndrome, cryptorchidism, Down's syndrome, germ cell tumors. A high incidence of seminoma is noted in these patients and regular follow up would be recommended.
