Testicular nonseminomatous germ cell tumour

Presentation

Painless right scrotal swelling for one month.

Patient Data

Age: 30-35Y
Gender: Male
Modality: Ultrasound

The right testicle is enlarged with a markedly heterogeneous grayscale appearance and increased flow on color Doppler imaging. The appearance is not specific, but concerning for a malignant.

There is no calcification in the right testicular mass. There is a thin rim of normal parenchyma at the lower pole. Arterial as well as venous flow is detected in mass.testicular tumor.

Serum B HCG: 1003 mIU / ml (normal men <3.0)

Serum AFP: 1071 IU / ml (normal 0 - 15)

Non-seminomatous germ cell tumour.
