Known background of congenital adrenal hyperplasia with fertility issues. No palpable lump of the testis.

Longitudinal
Multiple predominantly hypoechoic lesions present in both testis, the largest conglomerates are close to the mediastinum testis. These lesions show increased vascularity.
Case Discussion
The presence of these lesions in both testes with the clinical history of CAH would support the diagnosis of testicular adrenal rest tumors (TART).
