Testicular rest adrenal tumors

Case contributed by Sook Chin

Known background of congenital adrenal hyperplasia with fertility issues. No palpable lump of the testis.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Multiple predominantly hypoechoic lesions present in both testis, the largest conglomerates are close to the mediastinum testis. These lesions show increased vascularity.

Case Discussion

The presence of these lesions in both testes with the clinical history of CAH would support the diagnosis of testicular adrenal rest tumors (TART).
