Testicular seminoma

Age: 30 years
ultrasound

Several small low echogenicity oval lesions in the right testicle.  No hydrocele.

Normal left testicle.

Case Discussion

Testicular seminoma may be focal or multifocal in nature.

This case was confirmed on the histology that followed a right orchiectomy.
