Testicular seminoma

Presentation

Left hemiscrotal swelling for 6 months. No significant pain.

Patient Data

Age: 35-40 years
Gender: Male
Ultrasound

There is an irregular, well-defined, heterogeneous hypoechoic lesion in left testis. Lesion measures about 24 x 23 x 20 mm. There are no intralesional calcification or cystic changes. Lesion shows vascularity.

Rest of the left testicular parenchyma shows normal echo-pattern along with tiny calcification foci are noted in normal parenchyma.

There was no other positive finding in rest of the scrotum examination.

Case Discussion

Finding of testicular mass lesion with microlithiasis in rest of the parenchyma. FNA - seminoma.
