Presentation

Right scrotal swelling for last 60 days. Pain was present for the first few days.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Large mass lesion in right scrotal sac. Right testis - epididymis not separately identified. Arterial and venous flow within the lesion. No para-aortic or inguinal lymphadenopathy is seen on ultrasound.
