Testicular torsion

The left testicle demonstrates markedly reduced blood flow and is significantly less than the blood flow in the right testicle. The left testis measures 4.7 x 2.9 x 4.3 cm in dimension. Small left hydrocele.
The right testis demonstrates normal blood flow and measures 2.6 x 2.1 x 4.5 cm in dimension.
Conclusion:
Left testicular torsion.
