Uncomfortable lump in left hemiscrotum. Varicocele?

Patient Data

Age: 14 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Collection of dilated serpinginous veins at the lower pole of the left testicle with intense Doppler flow exacerbated by the Valsalva maneuver.

Normal left testicle.

Normal right hemiscrotum.
