Gender: Female

Low position of the conus medullaris at L2-L3 level with a fusiform lipomatous lesion of high signal on T1WI and T2WI with signal loss on fat-saturated sequences, extending from L3 to S3 level, corresponding to a lipoma of the filum terminale.
