Right upper lobe collapse and an abnormal cardiomediastinal contour with elevated cardiac apex.

At 10 weeks, there is elevation of the cardiac apex.
Case Discussion
Neonatal CXRs in a cyanotic child, demonstrate elevation of the cardiac apex, suspicious for right ventricular hypertrophy. Tetralogy of Fallot was suspected that was later confirmed on echocardiography and subsequent surgery.
