Case Discussion

Tetralogy of Fallot is a rare condition caused by a combination of congenital heart defects that includes: 1-Ventricular septal defect 2- Overriding of the aorta 3- Right ventricular outflow tract obstruction 4-Hypertrophy of the right ventricle. 

This patient was treated with oxygen, diuretics, digitalis and then transferred to cardiothorathic surgery after stabilisation.
