Scout view shows a boot-shaped heart with superelevation of cardiac apex and dilatation of the pulmonary infundibulum. Known severe tetralogy of Fallot that was surgically corrected, as evidenced by the sternotomy wires. 

CT scan confirms the findings of corrected Tetralogy of Fallot.
