Known case of tetralogy of Fallot. Status-post total corrective surgery.

There is cardiomegaly with dilatated right atrium and right ventricle.
The ventricular septal defect patch is intact.
Prominent right ventricular outflow tract with patent conduit although with mild narrowing just prior to the bifurcation into the right and left pulmonary artery is demonstrated.
Right-sided aortic arch gives off three main branches namely left innominate artery, right common carotid and right subclavian artery. No evidence of coarctation or abnormal dilatation is identified.
Retroaortic left brachiocephalic vein is noted.
Surgical metallic clips and sternotomy wires are seen.

This case demonstrates the post-surgical changes in a repaired tetralogy of Fallot patient.
