Case Discussion

Tetralogy of Fallot with dysplastic (absent/ring) pulmonary valve syndrome is the least common of the tetralogy subtypes, occurring in approximately 5% of cases.

This case demonstrates the typical findings on the standard fetal echo views in a case of tetralogy of Fallot with absent pulmonary valve syndrome.
