In the left pulvinar thalami an about 19 x 18 x 10 mm T2/FLAIR hyperintense lesion is visible with indistinct margins. No restricted diffusion or contrast enhancement. The lesion is stable compared to available prior exams.
Incidental occipital petalia noted.
Case Discussion
Findings are in line with low grade glial spectrum tumor of the pulvinar thalami.
