Sudden onset left side hemiparesis that had started 6 hours ago.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
mri
  • right thalamus abnormal signal round foci with marked water restriction
  • high signal foci in T2 and flair sequences at subcortical and periventricular white matter of both hemispheres depict microvascular ischemic events
