Presentation

Headache. Known history of hematological disorder.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Diffuse calvarial thickening and expansion of diploic space along with the usual loss of trabecular bone.

Hypodensity right lentiform nucleus could be due to a Virchow-Robin space.
