Bilateral opacification of both middle ear cavities and mastoid air cells, in keeping with otomastoiditis.
Case Discussion
Known case of β-thalassaemia major, showing a widened diploic space with coarse bone trabeculae due to bone marrow expansion, causing diffuse calvarial and facial bone expansion.
