Left thumb trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male
mri

Evidence of edema and hemorrhage is present within the left thenar abductor pollicis brevis and opponens pollicis muscle bellies related to acute muscle tearing.

Bone marrow edema/bruise is seen at the first metacarpal bone.
