Left medial upper thigh deep intermuscular soft tissue mass lesion. It elicits low signal on T1 WI, high signal on T2, STIR WI with diffusion restriction and post contrast enhancement. It's insinuated between and displacing the adductor muscles and encasing the adjacent bone.
