The computed tomography confirms the presence of a solid mass in the right paravertebral region at the level of T9-T12, with small calcifications inside. The lesion appears relatively well defined. At its medial edge contacts the intervertebral foramen at T10-T11 level without signs suggesting intraspinal extension. In its posterior edge is accompanied by pleural thickening and contacts the rib cage and extrapleural soft tissue at the level of the intercostal space T9 - T10, without signs suggesting secondary bone involvement. Anterior portion extends to the right and prevertebral paraaortic region. Rest of the examination without alterations
