Thoracic spine hyperkyphosis

Thoracic kyphosis with a 50 degree angle. Small Schmorl's nodules in T7 and T8. Vertebral hemangioma in T8. Intervertebral discs keep the normal signal intensity. Remainder of the exam is unremarkable.

This is a patient with conservatively managed hyperkyphosis when he was a child.
