Thoracic spine kyphosis

Presentation

Asymptomatic patient.

Patient Data

Age: 31
Gender: Male
MRI

Thoracic kyphosis with a 50 degree angle. Small Schmorl's nodules in T7 and T8. Vertebral hemangioma in T8. Intervertebral discs keep the normal signal intensity. Remainder of the exam is unremarkable. 

Case Discussion

This is a patient with conservatively managed kyphosis when he was a child.
