Presentation

Trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
X-ray

Calcified oval lesion projects over the right hemidiaphragm, over the anterior part of the right 5th rib. Comminuted right clavicle fracture.

CT

Calcified right lower lobe pleural-based, oval 2.5 cm nodule. Comminuted right clavicle fracture. Lingular pulmonary nodule.

Case Discussion

The cause of the calcified lesion is not known but it is an incidental finding in a patient who present post major trauma.
