Midline cyst in the nasopharyngeal mucosal space. No restricted diffusion, no contrast enhancement. 

Case Discussion

Thornwaldt cyst represents an incidental benign finding. The main differential would be an adenoidal hyperplasia that can be differentiated for being soft tissue high T2 signal.
