Aneurysm of right posterior inferior cerebellar artery with hyperdense content and wall calcifications with no enhancement in post-contrast phase, suspicious for thrombosis.

Aneurysm of right PICA region with hyperintense signal on T1, low peripheral signal and central hyperintense signal on T2 and no postcontrast enhancement suggestive of thrombosis. It is compressing the right side of medulla oblongata.
Dolichoectasia of basilar artery.

Aneurysm in the right PICA region with calcified walls and hyperdense thrombotic inclusions without contrast enhancement, and loss of flow void on MRI.
