Endoluminal thrombus in the varices of the left adnexa.
Case Discussion
Elderly woman with pain in the left iliac fossa for two weeks. Lives with a daughter who had COVID-19 a month ago. It cannot be said with certainty, however it is possible that thrombosis of varicose veins in the left adnexa is due to coagulopathy caused by probable infection with the new coronavirus.
