Increased soft tissue thickness is noted involving pulp of thumb.
Approximately 8 x 5 mm sized irregular anechoic - hypoechoic avascular area is noted in proximal part of pulp.
Hypervascularity is noted in rest of the pulp region.
No foreign body could be localized.
No tenosynovitis / tendinosis / tendon tear s noted.
No joint effusion / cortical is noted.
