Surgical suture material/clips anterior mediastinum from prior thymectomy. No definite anterior mediastinal recurrence, but extensive pleural implants represent drop metastases. Elevation left hemidiaphragm likely due to an AP window implant compromising the left phrenic nerve.
Case Discussion
Thymomas classicly spread to the pleura via so-called "drop metastases".
