Presentation

History of ovary carcinoma. Surgical resection, chemotherapy. Now no complaints.

Mediastinum is unremarkable.

CT follow-up, six months later

ct

CT of chest demonstrates thymic hyperplasia with typical distribution, smooth margins and homogenous enhancement. No enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes.
