Large anterior mediastinal mass is encasing and narrowing the left main pulmonary artery and left brachiocephalic vein. Mild compression of the SVC. No invasion of adjacent structures. Dilated left sided venous collaterals of the posterior chest wall consistent with partial obstruction of the left brachiocephalic vein. No nodal enlargement in the remainder of the mediastinum.
Unremarkable abdominal and pelvic appearances.
No suspicious bone lesions.

PET-CT: FDG avid anterior mediastinal mass. Thymoma in the differential.
Case Discussion
CT and PET-CT demonstrate a histopathologically-confirmed thymoma.
